If you have a complaint, we will do our utmost best to solve it asap. Please send us an email with your complaint and use the subject: Complaint.

Be as complete as possible when describing your complaint. Add for example the order number, or  mail correspondence about the issue from the past.

We will get back to you in detail asap, but always within 14 days after we have received your complaint.

You can also register your complaint at the ODR platform of the European Commission. This is a platform which was launched by the EU for all consumers within Europe.
